How did the project start? 

The client had an old, failing, wood deck that he was ready to demo and build his dream retreat. He provided plans from a landscape architect of the proposed design, to include the deck concept, Struxure pergola, and hardscape design.

What were the challenges you faced?

One of the biggest challenges on a project of this size is carefully reviewing the scope and providing an accurate estimate to the client. 

How did you tackle the challenges?

We tackled the challenge through detailed and thoughtful planning. We carefully reviewed line by line and put together an exceptional team of people that were able to execute.

What problem did the client want to solve with the project?

The client was not using his outdoor space at all. He wanted to remove what existed and rebuild a space that he would be able to enjoy daily.
